Payment Questions: WHEN ARE WE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR GREEN FEE ONLY?
If you decide to book your Green Fee Only without advance payment we will arrange tee times with the Golf Course, email confirmation and meet you at the golf course on your playing date so that you receive maximum discount.
You can freely choose to make a payment separate for each day or pay for all golf rounds together.
You are able to book this tour without paying a deposit, but we will need confirmation of hotel, booked under which name?, arrival & departure dates.
If the customer decides to pay in full, Golf Coupons for the respective Golf courses will be be issued with a detailed itinerary of your Green Fee times.
WHEN ARE WE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR GREEN FEE/ ROUND TRIP TRANSFERS?
If you book our Green Fee / Round Trip Transfers without advance payment we will arrange tee times with the Golf Course, email confirmation. pick you up at the hotel and collect payment at the golf course on the golf day.
You are able to book this tour without paying a deposit, but we will need confirmation of hotel, booked under which name?, arrival & departure dates.
If the customer decides to pay in full, Golf Coupons for the respective Golf courses will be be issued with a detailed itinerary of your Green Fee times.
WHEN ARE WE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR TOUR & GOLF PACKAGES (HOTEL ACCOMMODATION)?
Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you an invoice with a link to our online payment system and our Bank Details for payment by bank transfer.
• A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required once your booking has been confirmed.
• The outstanding balance of 70% is required 30 days before your arrival payable by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
• Once the total payment is received Golf Coupons for the respective Golf courses and Hotel Accommodation will be issued along with a detailed itinerary of your Golf Package Holiday.
